Studio Sale Preparation

The Festive season has begun in the studio with print 
block member Oywah Chung spreading beautiful gold ink 
in every direction! A range of her popular hand printed 
leather purses will be on sale at our Christmas studio 
sale this weekend.

Christmas Studio Sale this weekend 29th & 30th Nov.

Editioning for Julia McKenzie

Suki editioned this lovely new print by London 

based artist/printmaker Julia McKenzie this week. 

This 'Mudlarking' themed print illustrates the 

fascinating 'foreshore finds' of a friend of hers 

collected along the banks of the River Thames.

The Print Block Christmas Studio Sale

FEATURING WORK BY MORE THAN 20 ARTISTS

We are busy getting ready for our up and coming studio 
sale. Visit us at Whitstable's East Quay  on 29th & 30th 
November to shop for limited edition prints, textiles, 
gifts and cards. The perfect opportunity to buy unique 
presents.
This year we will have work for sale both in the studio 
and upstairs in the Lobster Shack next door. The restaurant 
will be open for lunch or drinks and we will be making 
our usual mulled wine for you to enjoy whilst you look 
around. We will also be on hand to answer any questions 
you may have about the studio and our course and workshop programme for 2015. 

Christmas Studio Sale Posters

Today we printed our Christmas Studio Sale posters 
ready for delivery tomorrow. Following on last years 
huge success in two different venues we will be doing 
the same again this year, selling work in both our 
studio & upstairs at The Lobster Shack next door.

Print Block member Ruth McDonald will be showing her 

work in 2 exhibitions in November. The UA exhibition 

at Bankside Gallery, London from 18th - 23rd Nov 

and 'Winter Exhibition' in 'The Front Room' at The 
Beany Museum, Canterbury from Sat 22nd Nov - Sun 18th 
Jan 2015.

One To One

Illustrator Gemma Elliot booked the studio for the 
day to produce one of her beautifully illustrated 
images for 'Emporium' a Christmas pop up shop at 
Creak Creative Gallery, No1 Abby St, Faversham. 
Open daily from 10am-4pm from 18th-23rd Nov

Saturday Workshop

On Saturday we held another of 
our popular photostencil workshops 
at the studio. It was a brilliant 
day and our very productive and 
creative students produced a mountain 
of lovely work...well done everyone!
